This little guy has added so much fun, love, and joy to our lives! From the moment he was born, he had his big sister wrapped around his finger. It was instant sibling love. There are treasured, loving memories of these two being such great buddies.
I mentioned an illness of his in one of my posts. He was terribly sick one night, and thinking he had the flu, his life turned out to be a little more complicated than that. He was diagnosed after spending four days in the hospital, with nephritis and later found to have hypoglycemia in childhood; both of which he grew out of, as our pediatrician suspected.
His little personality began to shine, long before this picture with the hat was taken. This picture makes me laugh, because, we could see then, that he was going to have a great sense of humor, and a fun-loving spirit. He began the t-ball league and developed a love of baseball. When he started high school, he decided it was time for a change. His new sport…lacrosse.
Lacrosse has turned out to be a great sport for him. High school sports are so competitive. I could not be more proud of the dedication, support, and the honor our son shows with his team spirit. Can’t wait to see what the future brings!
He’s in the green!
